No Good Deed Goes Unpunished: Cardinal Timothy Dolan is Royally Cussed Out on Twitter!

Cardinal Timothy Dolan, the archbishop of New York and a leading Catholic-American voice opposing abortion and President Obama’s health care reform law, inserted what some saw as an anti-abortion remark into his benediction Thursday night at the Democratic National Convention.

“Thus do we praise you for the gift of life. Grant us to defend it. Life, without which no other rights are secure. We ask your benediction on those waiting to be born, that they may be welcomed and protected,” Dolan said in prayer delivered immediately following President Obama’s address accepting his party’s nomination.

Before his prayer he tweeted – “I look forward to praying at the DNC tonight. As I did at the RNC, I go as a pastor. Not to endorse any party, platform, or candidate.

Unfortunately, the same liberals who ‘Booed’  the inclusion of God in their platform cussed out Cardinal Dolan.  See some of the content here.

Cardinal Dolan also prayed at the end of the Republican National Convention, but he was shown the ultimate respect and gratitude deserving of his position.

This Convention season was a call to action for all freedom loving citizens in these United States.  This is a war between good and evil.  Choose today who you will support.  Please keep in mind that showing support requires more than just going to the polls to push a button.  Please sacrifice,  get involved and get your family and friends involved.

Please do not allow yourself to have a Whip Van Winkle moment.
